I went down to the weekly “Dump Dodd 2010″ demonstration in front of Cheshire Town Hall to (quote an old Rolling Stone Song) “get my fair share of abuse” but I DIDN’T GET ANY!!

What I did get was a group of dedicated people who CARE about this country and are willing to stand out in all sorts of weather-all over the state-to state their beliefs.

I took a few photos with my crummy cell phone camera-I am again sorry for the quality, but I did not realize the group was going to be out there and I wanted to document it.

Of course I HAD TO GET IN ON IT-AND I DID-I BROUGHT MY “BANK OF AMERICA SUCKS” SIGN-IT WAS GREAT!! I was able to hold my sign out without fear of having the cops come to my door and and then write a report on a NON CRIMINAL INCIDENT!!

I called my girlfriend Val, who has been the center of this Bank of America issue-she said she will come to Cheshire next Monday and hold up her sign-I told her to tone the sign down to just “Bank of America UNFAIR” so we will not upset anyone!! She agreed.

Val also has a bullhorn-OH THIS OUGHT TO BE GOOD!! TOO BAD I WON’T BE IN TOWN-I HOPE SHE TAPES IT!!

Speaking of taping-there was a gentleman taping the protest-GOOD IDEA ESPECIALLY IN CHESHIRE-and he interviewed MOI and I WILL BE ON THEIR YOUTUBE SITE!!

This is so exciting!! I love to see people get up off of their couch potato backsides and express themselves!! And to boot-my anti Bank of America group now has an outlet and somewhere to express ourselves without intimidation!!

I also got a chance on Monday to go to the Cheshire Police Department and get a copy of this NON CRIMINAL INCIDENT POLICE REPORT on the Bank of America issue that occurred on  May 20, 2009.

I am going to run the report-YOU DECIDE if this warranted as much time and effort by the Police Department!!

The report is nearly two pages long-FOR WHAT?? NOTHING HAPPENED!! MORE HAPPENED ON MONDAY IN FRONT OF THE CHESHIRE TOWN HALL!!

This report begs the question-should the police be writing a report on a non criminal incident WHICH INCIDENTALLY THIS POLICE REPORT IS CATEGORIZED AS-NON CRIMINAL!!

This is an EXCERPT from “Why Should I Call the Police (Part 2)”

In cases where a crime has been committed, the officer will do an investigation and then write a report. The police report will have a case number assigned to it. This is the tracking number the police use for the investigation. You will need the case number for follow-up calls and to give to your insurance company. In the case of a traffic accident, the exchange forms will include the case number and other information for your insurance company.

The next decision the officer makes is whether to keep the case active or to close it. A case is left active if there is information that could lead to a suspect being prosecuted. It is closed if there is no suspect information or a suspect arrest has already been made. All police reports taken in my agency are assigned and reviewed by a detective, and the detective’s first priority are the active cases.

You notice the article-which WAS WRITTEN BY A POLICE OFFICER-states that “In cases WHERE A CRIME HAS BEEN COMMITTED-THE OFFICER WILL DO AN INVESTIGATION AND THEN WRITE A REPORT”!!!

NO CRIME was committed in the Bank of America issue-SO WHY WAS AN OFFICER SENT TO MY HOME AT LEAST TWO TIMES-WHY WAS A REPORT WRITTEN?? YOU KNOW WHY!! INTIMIDATION!!

“Well you know even if you go out in front of the bank with signs and get a little loud, some elderly resident from Hillside Village might get upset” (sic).

THIS IS WHAT THE OFFICER TOLD ME OR I SHOULD SAY-WAS TOLD TO TELL ME BY THE CENSOR MONGERS THAT RUN THIS TOWN!! I AM NOT BLAMING THE OFFICER AT ALL-I UNDERSTAND HE HAS TO DO HIS JOB-BUT THIS IS THE MENTALITY OF THIS TOWN!!

Again, as Pres Kennedy said in his “Secret Society” speech:

“Their mistakes are BURIED-NOT HEADLINED-Their dissenters ARE SILENCED NOT PRAISED”!!

This town keeps so many things in the low THEY SHOULD RENAME CHESHIRE AND CALL IT THE NETHERLANDS!!

So, here is the Police Report on the Bank of America issue-

The date is 5/20/2009-Incident: “Suspicious Activity with a Motor Vehicle”

Remember-there were three people including myself-in the car-one was an attorney-we pulled up to the drive-thru for 25 seconds (NOT FIVE MINUTES) we timed it-said NOTHING and drove off!!

FYI: A few days before we called B of A and TOLD THEM WE WOULD BE COMING DOWN THERE-I EVEN HAD IT ON MY BLOG!!

I AM going to leave the name of the complainant out-even though it is public information.

“On 5-20-09 at 10:55hours, this officer was sent to Bank of American located at 185 Highland Avenue on a suspicious persons complaint.

Upon arrival this officer was met by the complainant-who explained that a woman pulled up to the drive-up window and just sat there.  Complainant said she and another employee attempted to speak with this woman but she just sat there and stared at them. Complainant said after about five minutes (EDITORS NOTE: WRONG-25 SECONDS) the woman drove away without SAYING A WORD.

Complainant said as the woman exited the drive-thru she was able to get the registration plate and gave it as CT-******.

Complainant described the driver a s white female with short dark hair but explained that they initially thought IT WAS A MAN DUE TO THE HAIRCUT.

EDITORS NOTE: First the bank manager gets the timing wrong-then she could not even determine whether I was a man or a woman!! You know why?? They are INSIDE THE BANK-when you pull up all you see is a black and white distorted screen-I could not even make out any features or details the resolution was that poor.

Well I think the complainant was told it was me–the cops in this town know my car and my license number-believe me I am not that naive.

We are two for two now-she can’t tell time-and she can’t see GOD I HOPE SHE CAN ADD!!

I guess she wasn’t in a meeting THAT DAY!!

Back to the report:

The complainant described the car as a dark colored Toyota Corolla and that it was occupied by only one driver.

Editors note: IF SHE COULD NOT TELL IF I WERE A MAN OR A WOMAN BECAUSE SHE HAD TO LOOK THROUGH A 1950′s BLACK AND WHITE DISTORTED TELEVISION SCREEN THAT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD COME FROM THE OLD HONEYMOONERS SET-HOW THEN COULD SHE TELL I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE CAR??

Then it gets even better-the complainant told the police that a week earlier-I was the same “woman in the same vehicle” that pulled up to the drive-thru and said “You’re an a–hole”

OH REALLY?? YOU CAN’T TELL IF I AM A MAN OR A WOMAN-BUT YOU DISTINCTLY REMEMBER MY FACIAL DETAILS  FROM A OVER A WEEK AGO??

Do you remember the details of any person that may have given you the finger while driving or yelled at you  or stood in front of you in line at the supermarket FROM OVER A WEEK AGO??

I DON’T THINK SO!!

And why did the complainant have to describe the color and make and model of my car-WHEN IT IS ALL ON TAPE??

YOU KNOW WHY?? The police officer-WHOM I DO LIKE AND RESPECT-I AM NOT BLAMING HIM-NEVER LOOKED AT THE TAPE!! THE POLICE JUST TOOK THEIR WORD FOR IT-AND WHEN THE COMPLAINANT GAVE THE PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PERSON AND THE CAR-THEY MATCHED IT TO ME BECAUSE THEY ALSO READ THIS BLOG AND THAT IS HOW THEY LINKED IT!!

I never hid anything and I never do-I stated flat out what our intentions were-and they were not criminal-it was just to make a point-we did and WE LEFT!!

Back to the report:

This officer went to this residence and found no one home. A return trip to the house around 17:00 hours  found a white female with short dark hair standing in the driveway. This officer has dealt with the Kleist family in the past and recognized this individual as Ms. Kleist.

Editors note: JUST ABOUT EVERY CHESHIRE COP KNOWS WHO I AM-I AM SURE THEY HAVE A PHOTO TACKED UP ON THEIR MOST WANTED WALL WITH MY MUG ON IT!! And these ‘dealings” were not criminal they were mostly vandalism incidents and threats my husband has received because of the nature of his work.

God, this report makes it sound like my family should be on AMW!!

So the report goes on to say why we went to the Bank to protest-because my friend Val was denied the loan.

The report ends by stating:

“At this point this incident is being documented and no further investigation is needed.”

Editors note: CORRECT-NO FURTHER INVESTIGATION IS NEEDED BECAUSE NOTHING CRIMINAL HAPPENED!! WHY IS THEIR EVEN DOCUMENTATION??

Oh I forgot to mention that on the first page of this police report-the complainant states:

“When the same woman came to the bank today and just sat there they became concerned as to why she was there.”

EDITORS NOTE: I CALLED THE B of A and TOLD THEM WE WOULD COME DOWN TO THE CHESHIRE BRANCH-I EVEN HAD IT ON MY BLOG-SO WHAT WAS THIS CONCERN??

“The complainant said they did not want to press any charges and did not want the SUBJECT TOLD TO STAY OFF THE PROPERTY”

EDITORS NOTE: PRESS CHARGES?? FOR WHAT?? NOTHING HAPPENED THAT IS WHY SHE COULD NOT PRESS CHARGES!!

As I stated in my  “Slimebag Bank of America” post-annoying someone is NOT A CRIMINAL OFFENSE otherwise 98 percent of the U.S. population would be in court!!

The whole idea of protesting is to call attention to a situation-to exercise freedom of speech and expression which is our right as U.S. citizens-protests are usually loud and disruptive-nothing of the sort happened that day at B of A.  We were not LOUD-we did not DISRUPT ANYTHING-the reaction was overstated to say the least.

We are not going to send this report to the American Civil Liberties Union at this time-BUT WE DO HAVE THAT OPTION IN THE NEAR FUTURE IF NECESSARY!!

FYI: As I was leaving the Police Station around 3: 50 p.m. on Monday-while stopped at the traffic light near Highland School-I noticed that big police SUV pull up in back of me-then turn right a few blocks later.

CO-INCIDENCE?? MAYBE?? MAYBE NOT!!

WHY am I running this article? Because once AGAIN-a friend got pulled over in Cheshire a few weeks ago-for DRIVING AFTER MIDNIGHT IN AMISHVILLE!!

Actually, I must apologize to the Amish-I shouldn’t insult them like that!!

It is really sad, that this person and others, have to be traumatized by the police because they are told to pull just about everyone over that is traveling after midnight.

All well and good, but half the time nothing comes of it!! I see some people arrested for DUI and they should be-but JUST driving after midnight in Cheshire should not attract any attention!!

Now I did speak to the CPD about this issue but this is starting to become the textbook definition of insanity-DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND EXPECTING A DIFFERENT RESULT!!

Now again, I will have to call on the Friends of Underground Town Hall to accompany this person when this person decides to visit an acquaintance in Cheshire.

Either that, this person will have to “adjust” their lifestyle and leave before they turn into a pumpkin (before midnight)!!

I am not putting up with just pulling over someone because they are out late-grant you-there ARE people who are breaking the law-concentrate on them-park by the nightclubs and bars and follow these people home!!

Oh here’s a suggestion-go drive around Mixville at night-there seems to be plenty of motor vehicle VIOLATIONS over there!!

The police officer that I spoke with was lucky-I LIKE HIM-that is why I didn’t yell!!

This friend drives a Toyota Matrix, and I told the police officer that this vehicle is one of the 10 most targeted vehicles by police-The officer wanted to know where I got my information-well here it is!!

Why Some Cars Get Stopped By Cops and Others Don’t

As I said before, I WILL QUESTION when I think something is wrong-but I do support our police-they are only doing what they are told-but this type of behavior can get out of control-IF WE ARE STOPPING AND ARRESTING TROUBLEMAKERS OR DRUG DEALERS OR DUI that is one thing-but we have to be careful-just being out at night should not make one a target!!

I have walked at night in Cheshire real late to see if I would be stopped but no one did-(I did have people in cars following me for safety reasons), but I will have to drive late and see what happens-I haven’t done that in a while-but I guess I will have to start again soon.

You see, this is why I tried to go to the Citizens Police Academy last year-I wanted to see what criteria the police use to pull people over-BUT THAT BACKFIRED BIG TIME!!

Maybe I can get the Police Chief to go out on patrol with ME late at night and I will tell HIM WHO TO PULL OVER-because as you all know-I am a natural at law enforcement, writing, singing, photography, art, all sports-OH EVERYTHING!! YES EVEN B.S ing

P.S. I have a friend who rides a West Coast Chopper built by my boy Jesse James!! WE GONNA GO OUT ON THAT LATE AT NIGHT

I happened to be watching CNN the other night when they ran a real interesting story on of all things-an “Accident Tax”

What IS an accident tax?  It gives police and fire departments in certain states the right to send you a bill for their services-in other words if and when you get into an accident-you could receive a “bill for services” from a municipal police and fire department.

THIS TAX APPARENTLY TARGETS OUT OF TOWN LICENSED DRIVERS!!

Now there is a video with this article that links you to CNN. In their report-It does show Connecticut being one of the 25 or so states that does allow municipalities to enact an accident tax. I don’t think Cheshire has one-but MAYBE I HAVE GIVEN THEM AN IDEA TO RAISE MONEY!!

THERE YOU GO CHESHIRE-I DEFINITELY WOULD ENACT THIS TAX AND THEN POUR MOTOR OIL ON RT. 10 in the summer and water in the winter so there would be a lot of crashes-BOY WE WOULD BE RAKING IN THE REVENUE THEN!!

I can’t find out what municipalities if any in Connecticut have this “crash tax” if you will, on the books-but can you imagine-you know some people will probably drive without licenses if they feel threatened by this stupid law!!

You wonder where some peoples brains are!! We are having enough problems keeping unlicensed uninsured motorists off of the roads-THIS WILL JUST ADD TO THE PROBLEM!!

THE JOINT TOWN COUNCIL-ORDINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING TO DISCUSS MIXVILLE WILL TAKE PLACE ON WEDNESDAY, AT 7:30 p.m. IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS.

Well anyway, I am going to be in Kansas for several weeks-I will be leaving next week so I am trying to get my house in Cheshire straightened out because I KNOW it will be a complete pig sty when I return (remember-most men are lazy and sloppy). I SAID MOST MEN NOT ALL SO DON’T GET ON MY CASE WILL YOU!!

Besides, the $165,000 man is coming back to the U.S. for a while-and he is not neat-so God help me-I will be outnumbered again-four men and two women-do we stand a chance??

Before I leave, (I AM DRIVING TO KANSAS), I will be looking into this school crossing guard issue that a local resident brought up.

As you know, the school crossing guards can collect unemployment but according to unemployment regulations they have to be “available for work, and actively seeking work.”

Now as far as the town offering them additional work let’s say at Mixville, this would have to be written out in advance-they would have to agree to it-otherwise it would be considered a change of working conditions created by the employer and thus-if these people refused-they COULD COLLECT!!

How do I know all this??? I AM SMART but my spouse is a Revenue Examiner with the CONNECTICUT DEPT Of LABOR!!

But this is something worth looking into!!

I used to post every day, but now I am finding that I get a lot more hits when I leave a post up for a few days. I also have the option on WordPress of “sticking” a post-this means that a particular post will stay on top even if I post new information.

Now my spouse, who cannot seem to let things go-is still infatuated with these signs. However, he did contact Mr. Bob Ceccolini of Cheshire Park and Rec-I like Bob-he is a real standup guy and you know I hardly ever throw compliments out-YOU HAVE TO EARN A COMPLIMENT FROM ME!!

Anyway, my sig other did talk to Bob about the sign issue-if you remember from a few posts ago-he had an issue with the Congregational Church’s Strawberry Festival sign being on a “Town of Cheshire” billboard.

Well, I guess my spouse saw the Jazz Festival sign on the Town of Cheshire billboard near the high school and asked about that.

WILL MY HUSBAND PLEASE GET A LIFE!! WHAT DOES HE DO AT WORK ALL DAY?? HE COMES HOME AND TELLS ME HE IS TIRED-HE IS ON ALL THESE FIELD AUDITS!! I AM STARTING TO WONDER-I THINK HE CALLS THE TOWN OF CHESHIRE ALL DAY AND HARASSES THEM WHILE I AM TEARING MY HAIR OUT AT WORK.

Well, I DO make all the money in the household-and if that isn’t enough-I come home, cook dinner, do the lawn and the yardwork-clean the house!!

HELLO!! SOUND FAMILIAR WOMEN?? MEN ARE LAZY!! (well most men are).

I really get a kick out of this Jon and Kate Plus 8 issue-I do watch two TV shows-Jon and Kate and DOG The BOUNTY HUNTER-THAT IS IT!!

I have to laugh when people say Kate is bitchy and bossy towards her husband. IF YOU THINK SHE IS BAD-YOU SHOULD HEAR ME!!

I have to CONSTANTLY BARK OUT THE ORDERS TO THIS MAN or he will just come home and sit!!

Compared to my husband, Jon Gosselin looks like a speed demon!!

Then on top of it-he is a PACK RAT!!

PLEASE –YOU HAD THE DAMN CLOTHES FOR 25 YEARS THROW THEM OUT!! He has papers, clothes you name it-I am constantly packing them up and throwing them out-and it seems he comes up with more stuff!!

Ugh!! It is REALLY ANNOYING-I have certain things that HAVE TO BE DONE EVERY DAY AND HE JUST DOESN’T CARE!!

Case in point-now I know there are SOME MEN OUT THERE WHO ARE NOT LAZY-but for the most part-men are lazy. The next time you are out driving-look to see WHO IS CUTTING THE LAWN OR DOING YARD WORK-MOST LIKELY IT IS WOMEN!!

Remember that History Channel show I ran entitled “Life After Humans” IT REALLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED LIFE AFTER WOMEN!!

That is just what the world would look like if women disappeared-all overgrown-dilapidated-A MESS!!

Like a friend said-if God had left it up to men to have kids, the human race would have died out 2000 years ago!! WHY??

THEY NEVER FINISH ANYTHING!!

Oh, yeah they do FINISH THAT-BUT THREE QUARTERS OF THE TIME THAT IS LOUSY TOO AND IT IS WHEN THEY WANT IT!!

Of course, my spouse is blessed with MOI, who is perfect!! What more can I say.

Well, now back to the signs-apparently (and this is in the Town sign ordinances-I believe Section 34), the town can post an event on their billboard, as long as it is a not for profit, open to the public and is not something that is controversial in nature (whatever that means).

So, that is fine with me-I don’t obsess like my spouse-he should be this vigiliant with the yard and house!!

And of course-another obsession came up-MIXVILLE!!

As most of you know-(I didn’t), I guess the ball field area of Mixville is in a swamp. That is why it is always wet. Coupled with this inordinate amount of rain-things are even worse.

According to my spouse, he told me that Bob Ceccolini said it would cost somewhere in the area of $125,000 to $150,000 to install pipes to drain the water off of these fields. The pipes would have to stretch all the way over to the spillway-(wherever that is) and that is why the project would cost so much.

Did you ever notice how when a municipality or government does a project-it is three times the cost compared to if WE, private citizens did the SAME THING!!

WHY??

Now, I do know the town is considering getting “help” in keeping Mixville maintained and looking neat-but this info was OFF THE RECORD-so I cann0t say WHERE they are thinking of getting the help!!

To end: I am running two photos of the latest “business” which will soon be opening in Cheshire.

The first: a NEW Dunkin Donuts-can you believe it!! will soon be opening at the old Cafe Rustico next door to Lora’s Deli on West Main Street.

The next store-and I did hint at this a few posts ago-but I ran into someone who already knew about it s0 I will spill the beans-the next business will be a DOLLAR STORE where the old Home Fabric Mills used to be, next to McDonald’s on Rt. 10.

OH THANK GOD!! TWO OF MY FAVE PLACES-A DOLLAR STORE-AND A DUNKIN DONUTS CLOSER TO MY HOME.

Now I don’t have to schlep all the way across town to get my daily coffee fix!!

And, as far as the Dollar Store goes-WOW-CHESHIRE IS CHANGING-I don’t think we would have seen something like this five or 10 years ago-because “we might attract the wrong crowd”

Things are looking UP!!
