I am going to be extremely busy over the next few days, but I did want to leave you with a real interesting article which basically states you should be able to do whatever you want on your person or property as long as you don’t hurt anyone. As the article states: unfortunately this is not the case. In fact, I have been in a society that is fairly close to this adage–Montreal. The police and their society really don’t care what YOU do to your person or your property as long as you do not harm/hurt anyone. But God forbid if you do.  They do come down hard. The only thing they are anal about is parking on the street. Don’t park where you are not supposed to-they strictly enforce, so it is not perfect. But neither is life.

I will be posting the alleged not one now, but TWO HIPAA violations allegedly committed by the Town of Cheshire CT. THEY ARE IN WRITING. Also, my spouse did file a complaint with Freedom of Information. The FOI told him they will respond in four to six weeks. Remember, I sued  CHRO THROUGH FOI and WON!!

I don’t sue a lot, but when I do-I WIN!!! If this town backs me up against the wall and I feel trapped, like I am starting to feel, they will be LEGALLY SORRY. Because I will pound and pound and pound until I win. I DON’T CARE IF I LOSE EVERYTHING I HAVE, THAT WILL BE MORE OF AN INCENTIVE. I JUST WANT MY LICENSE AND THE RECORD WIPED CLEAN AS IT WAS BEFORE THIS INCIDENT AND AWAY I WILL GO. I KNOW HOW TO FIGHT AND WIN. I WAS TRAINED TO DO THIS. I WAS TRAINED TO BUTT HEADS WITH AUTHORITY. THE NEWSPAPERS DID THIS ALL THE TIME YEARS AGO. NOT LIKE TODAY. I MAY LOOK LIKE I AM GETTING FLUSTERED BUT BELIEVE ME, THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO DEFEAT ME  OR DEFEAT MY WILL TO WIN AND SURVIVE—NOTHING. NO JOB JAIL NOTHING. I WILL CONTINUE UNTIL I SMASH THIS EVIL TOWN AND THEIR EVIL ENFORCERS. EVERYDAY AND EVERY NIGHT I HAVE PEOPLE GOING AROUND TOWN TO SEE IF THE AUTHORITY WILL SLIP AND THEY WILL. YOU PLAYED YOUR CARD. NOW IT IS TIME TO PLAY MINE AND I HAVE PLENTY.

Ever since my driver license was made “unavailable” I decided to spend the money and go first class. Now I don’t feel so bad having someone else drive me around. And if I have to be driven, lets go in style boy with my Hummer H2 Limo!!! OMG THIS LIMO HURTS!!! DON’T FORGET TO SAY HI WHEN YOU SEE MY DRIVE BY!!!
