		<description>It is true that the broadcast standards are changing. Soon all stations will be broadcasting in DTV. This is short for digital tv. All digital tv is not, high definition but all high definition is digital.. Digital tv has been around for a long time. All dish broadcast are digital. All but the lower channels of cable are also digital. 
Although all analog sets will stop working as soon as broadcasts become digital only, a relatively inexpensive converter will be able to convert digital over the air or cable signals to analog format which can be seen on the older sets.</description>
