I did not get a chance to go the Cheshire-Staples Football game which decided the Class LL Championship, But on my way down towards Hamden Sunday night around 6:15 p.m. I did see what looked like a small motorcade-a Police vehicle and a few school buses and they were blowing their horns SO I KNEW CHESHIRE WON.
Now I still am awaiting a response from the ACLU on my Hipaa and the Fourth Amendment issue. I did find out that the Department of Justice handles the Hipaa complaints on Law Enforcement. I want to see what the Town of Cheshire ends up telling me. I don’t plan on carrying this any further legally because I don’t believe this action was done with malice in mind, but I DO WANT THE TOWN TO TAKE CONTROL AND MAKE SURE THIS DOESN’T HAPPEN AGAIN.
I would think by now, the town attorney would be able to come up with some answer for me. Well, let me see if I can move things along.
Anyhow, here is a link to “Hipaa Violations and Enforcement.”

I did go to the Christmas Tree lighting. It was nice but come on, can they put colored lights on the tree and jazz it up. You can tell its Cheshire because everything is so toned down, not like my house. And of course I had to let off a few screams so as not to let my “fans” down.
I really love putting up the lights. I notice that when I travel to Bridgeport or Meriden or other cities, people tend to do more and go all out when it comes to holiday lighting.
Unfortunately, just before the tree lighting, there was what looked like a two vehicle accident right in front of the Congregational Church green. I can bet they were trying to see what was going on and ended up slamming into each other.
If you get a chance, go down to GE Headquarters in Fairfield, they have one of THE greatest Christmas tree display in the state or probably the country for that matter. The tree is fiber optic and it is just spectacular. Something worth seeing.
