Around 7:30 pm. I heard a knock on my front door. I opened the door and it was Robbie wanting to make a comment. TOO BAD ROBBIE. Now you know what it is like when your cop pals accuse people of things and you can’t talk back. Oh well, that is life.
ONLY KIDDING. IT WAS NOT ROBBIE KNOCKING AT MY FRONT DOOR. I think I know who this “robbie” is. I don’t think that is the persons real name. Someday Robbie and I will meet and maybe it will be love at first sight.

Yes, it is getting demoralizing and I feel sad. I may have to cancel plans I had for another job out of state because I don’t know when I will get this license back and when I will hear from the court about this infraction ticket. I may have to relocate to an area where there is good safe mass transit and that knocks out most of the U.S. So I may have to move to Montreal. I am thinking about it. At least there I don’t have to worry about getting around in a car. My family is suffering also and what did they do? Just like the local residents mother-WHAT DID SHE DO?? What did the person knocked to the ground do?? Try to look at the nameplate?? LOOK AT THAT TAPE AGAIN WITH A CLEAR PERSPECTIVE!!
I feel as if I am on house arrest, this is what it is like. I know now. Whether you agree with me or not, my driving record speaks for itself. IT IS CLEAN!! And you know there are people driving around who are intoxicated and YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE . I never hurt anyone in a motor vehicle, never got into an accident that was my fault and I CAN’T DRIVE?? How would you honestly feel? Would you DARE drive in Cheshire anymore after you got your license back?? Now I can’t drive here either.
I am going to post the medical report from the hospital that states I AM FIT TO DRIVE. At least when they suspend your license for drinking or not paying a fine or ticket, YOU KNOW when your license will be restored. I HAVE NO IDEA!! I have to move on, but it may be in a different direction. But I will fight back believe me.
I am working from home, and I did want to address a few email comments. The one thing this issue has taught me, is how to cope. You have to remember, I always worked in an environment where I for the most part could CONTROL the outcome of my work. So myself and many others in this type of discipline, have had coping problems when something did not go our way and we had no way to overturn the outcome. In other words, out of our control. I guess this is God’s way of teaching me. I guess he hasn’t given up on me just yet. Goodbye for now.
OK, here are the documents that may POSSIBLY SHOW ANOTHER POSSIBLE HIPAA VIOLATION.
The first document is a letter my spouse sent to the Cheshire CT Town Manager regarding the JUNE 3, 2010 incident. The second document is the Cheshire CT Police Chief’s response. I have the POSSIBLE Hipaa violation underlined. Remember, the incident happened June 3, 2010 and the letter by the Chief is dated June 9, 2010.
The third document was the FIRST POSSIBLE HIPAA VIOLATION. The Town of Cheshire did correspond with me regarding that incident and informed me it was NOT A HIPAA VIOLATION.
I did black out the names of Police Officers for their own protection. I do think this Officer is a nice person, but unfortunately, he has been tainted by the OTHERS and has not been allowed to form his own opinion of me.
Do you see the discrepancies in the letter the Chief sent. The initial report sent to the DMV says “Kleist’s physical appearance was disheveled, she was COMPLETELY uncooperative.” It also states: “The operator began YELLING and CURSING, MOST MOST MOST OF WHICH I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND”
Then the question is, did you MISUNDERSTAND what you thought you HEARD and was that was why my license was taken. AGAIN “THE OPERATOR BEGAN YELLING AND CURSING, MOST of which I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND.”
THEN WHAT PART DID YOU UNDERSTAND? OR DID YOU PICK AND CHOOSE?
Anyone who knows me, knows I AM NOT DISHEVELED EVER!!! AND WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO DRIVE A MOTOR VEHICLE?? AND IF I WAS COMPLETELY UNCOOPERATIVE HOW WAS HE ABLE TO “PROCESS THE PAPERWORK” AND HOW WAS HE ABLE TO DRIVE TO MY HOME LATER THAT EVENING WITH THE REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE CARD IF I WAS COMPLETELY UNCOOPERATIVE?. HOW DID THE OFFICER GET THE PAPERWORK?
DID HE BEAT IT OUT OF ME?? DID I GET TASERED?? DID I GET THROWN ON THE GROUND?? ANSWER NO!! NONE OF THE ABOVE!! I GAVE THE PAPERWORK TO THE OFFICER!!
All this drama and hard feelings, basically because the authority resents that I am keeping tabs on them. Something the TOWN COUNCIL SHOULD BE DOING!! HOW CAN YOU LET A PARAMILITARY ORGANIZATION WITH ARREST POWERS LITERALLY RUN THEMSELVES WITH LITTLE OR NO QUESTIONING, REALLY NO QUESTIONING?? AMAZING!! YOU SEE IT DOESN’T WORK DOES IT??
I took an interest in the Police Department and posted some articles on my blog, The Police Chief found some of them useful and used them and SOME PEOPLE TOOK OFFENSE. SAD. I know there were other issues with the Chief and his staff, but let’s face it, I must rate pretty high down there (influence wise) if I was mentioned on Page 5 of the CPD UNION GRIEVANCE LETTER SECTION: “PANDERING TO PUBLIC OPINION.”
But as Reggie Jackson once said: “FANS DON’T BOO NOBODIES”
The Chief was not pandering to me. He took some articles I posted and used THEIR INFORMATION NOT MINE. So the guy gets a grievance over this? Ridiculous.
Look, it is not personal. But I will fight back. I KNOW HOW TO PLAY THE GAME. I WAS TAUGHT WELL. People in my generation that became reporters did so because THEY BELIEVED IN WHAT THEY WERE DOING-NOT FOR THE MONEY!! We gave up buying homes, nice cars, taking nice vacations, because our job was our satisfaction it really was. It is hard to fathom today because many people are so money hungry, but as I stated before, I remember when I started at the Post, I was so thrilled to be there, I DID NOT EVEN ASK WHAT THE SALARY WAS. I DIDN’T CARE AND I MEAN THAT!!!
Our Founding Fathers wanted the people to QUESTION AUTHORITY AND KEEP THEM IN THEIR PLACE. NOW THEY RUN AMOK BECAUSE THE AUTHORITY THREATENS YOU WITH BACKGROUND CHECKS AND CREDIT CHECKS AND ALL THIS NONSENSE TO KEEP YOU IN LINE. THIS IS COMING FROM A COUNTRY THAT SUPPOSEDLY ENCOURAGED “INDIVIDUALITY”
NOT ANYMORE!!! THEY WANT A BEND OVER COOKIE CUTTER SOCIETY. SADLY, THERE ARE FEW OF US LEFT THAT WILL STAND UP FOR WHAT WE BELIEVE IN. JUST AS EVERY CITY AND TOWN IN THIS COUNTRY IS STARTING TO LOOK THE SAME WITH ALL THE BOX STORES AND CHAIN RESTAURANTS,SO OUR POPULATION IS ALL STARTING TO ACT THE SAME. I FEAR WHAT MADE THIS COUNTRY GREAT, RISK TAKING AND DARING, IS SLOWLY FADING AWAY.
