We are all hearing about the news concerning Tiger Woods and his “accident.”
Look, leave the guy alone. You can just figure out what really happened. BIG DEAL!! The guy acts human and makes mistakes. He doesn’t act like the stick up the asses that constantly are trying to put their two cents in on another forum about myself and my family and other people they feel are a threat to them.
Could you imagine if what happened to Tiger Woods happened to me (or some of you the Cheshire Town Government doesn’t like) here in town?
Oh, ten get you one, I probably would have been arrested no doubt about it. Could you imagine the local police here in my town coming to my door two or three times and getting no response??
I don’t even want to think about it.
And as far as the smart ass on the other forum that I was told about (luckily one of my supporters answered back) that is trying to insinuate that the only reason I talk about the Cheshire Police Department is because I have “run ins” with them-well YEAH, that IS AN INCENTIVE!!
And even if that wasn’t the case, call up my attorney and ASK them about the CPD. Go ahead. I got an earful.
Leave a comment and I will give you their name and address. Feel free. Even if you don’t want to do that, I will give you the name of the prosecutor in the Meriden Superior Court that will also tell you about how the police reports are written. NO PROBLEM.
Better yet, call Largo, Florida Police Department, Gilford, New Hampshire Police Department, Riley County, Kansas Police Department-CALL THEM AND ASK ABOUT ME.
I WILL SAVE YOU THE TROUBLE-THERE IS NOTHING!!
Now how can I reside in these places, I visit ALL OF THESE PLACES SEVERAL TIMES A YEAR and GILFORD NEW HAMPSHIRE I VISIT EVERY WEEKEND IN THE SUMMER AND FALL AND HAVE DONE FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS!!
Why does there seems to be a problem in Cheshire?

But this last episode really took the cake and IT IS GOING TO COST THEM!!
I did send the letter to the ACLU. I will see what happens. They are a fairly good litmus test so I will wait for their response in this matter.
Why do you people think I have Underground Town Hall? Well I do want to inform you-but it is also a log of events that have occurred during my tenure in this community. And a lot of it hasn’t been pleasant.
If you think I am exaggerating about how dangerous it is for me to live in this community, call up the police and tell them I came to your home and tried to stab you. They probably would be over at my home lickety split-no questions asked and off I would go.
Look at the Bank of America incident-NOTHING HAPPENED-NO WORDS WERE SAID- FOUR OF US DROVE THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU-STOPPED FOR 10 SECONDS AND LEFT. BUT THE POLICE DROVE BY MY HOUSE MOST OF THE DAY WAITING FOR ME TO GET HOME SO THEY COULD “QUESTION ME”
First of all, the police report which I ran (and no smart ass I did not run the entire thing because of privacy) you have a nerve,
YOU CAN’T EVEN PUT YOUR NAME ON YOUR ANONYMOUS COMMENTS. AT LEAST I PUT MY NAME ON EVERYTHING I SAY!!
The police stated the complainant thought I was a MAN!! They gave the license plate number to the police. The Corolla I have is registered in BOTH MY SPOUSES AND MY NAME.
BUT WHO DID THE COPS COME TO QUESTION–ME!!
The election issue a few years ago where I was accused of putting my literature in someone elses bags. MEANTIME THESE SAME PEOPLE WHO MADE THE COMPLAINT WERE SEEN TAKING MY SIGN OFF OF A FRIENDS LAWN AND NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT THAT.
The cops called me about that. I did not answer which is my right. THEN THEY SPENT SEVERAL HOURS TRYING TO FIND SOME STATUTE TO GET ME INTO TROUBLE.
There was none because nothing happened. I had my own bags that I had gotten from a driver at Roadway when I worked there. I did not need to use other peoples bags!!
I ended up filing a police complaint against these people and so did my friend, but of course NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT.
That is just the tip of the iceberg as most of you know.
And these people who think I have no supporters and make things up (like someone else I know is doing), yeah well go read the Hipaa Violation? post and see for yourselves WHERE MY SUPPORTERS ARE.
Now I did receive a comment ( I really don’t get that many) but I deleted it regarding Elim Park. Apparently some people are going over there Dec. 5th to protest the awarding of the Gift money to the public safety in Cheshire.
Well I can’t blame them. That is their right. Personally, as I have stated before I have nothing against Elim Park. It is nice place for our elderly and Ron Dischinger is the sweetest man on this Earth.
But, I don’t like this gift account and I have stated why many many times. IT INFLUENCES PUBLIC POLICY, and there is no accounting of the money. I should amend that.
THE FIRE DEPARTMENT DOES ACCOUNT FOR EVERYTHING THEY DO AND THEY SPEND. THE POLICE DEPARTMENT DOESN’T!!
I asked for the accounting last year of how the police were spending this Gift Account. I had to wait a few weeks ( I don’t know why) and then I noticed there were a lot of “miscellaneous expenses”
The Fire Department I believe every month in the Herald gives an accounting of how they spend their time-man hours, calls, etc. We don’t know what is going on at 500 Highland Avenue because the monthly reports haven’t been updated since AUGUST!!
Besides, we still don’t and never have known how much time is spent doing what
IF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CAN DO THIS EVERY MONTH WHY CANT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT?
THERE IS NO ACCOUNTING AND THAT IS WHAT MAKES ME UPSET THAT IS THE REAL REASON-THE ATITUDE!!
I don’t like preferential treatment either!!

FINE. YOU SHOULD ASK AND HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW.
But ask the same question of ALL THE OTHER DEPARTMENTS!!
As I said before, if Mary Fritz was giving $300,000 a year to the Board of Education-YOU FLAMERS WOULD WANT TO KNOW HOW EVERY SINGLE PENNY WAS BEING SPENT-YOU WOULD BE FURIOUS!!
OK, so I and others have a right to ask how this Gift Account money is being spent.
Why should Elim Park be treated differently then any other taxpayer.
So, when you pay your tax bill, be sure to SPECIFY WHERE YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TO GO-WHAT DEPARTMENT YOU WANT IT TO GO TO OR WHAT PROJECT YOU WANT IT TO GO TO!!
YEAH!! SEE HOW FAR YOU GET WITH THAT!!
What if several thousand people in this town wanted their property taxes to go towards paying for the artificial turf? CAN THEY DO THIS?? WHY NOT?? ELIM PARK DOES IT!!

The State Police handled this situation. They said it was NOT A CRIME IT WAS A MEDICAL ISSUE.
Believe me, in Cheshire, this poor man probably would have been arrested.

Lastly, speaking of taxes, I was driving to different stores this Holiday weekend and I wondered how nice it would have been if Cheshire had a Home Depot and that Hotel as Southington does, RIGHT ON THE CHESHIRE LINE; a Kohl’s, as Waterbury does, RIGHT ON THE CHESHIRE LINE and it WOULD HAVE REALLY BEEN NICE TO HAVE WHOLE FOODS STORE NOT THE WAREHOUSE!!
Boy, Cheshire missed the boat. Even if the Apple Valley Mall had fallen through, the town of Cheshire should have negotiated with Westfield 25 to 30 years ago to HAVE WESTFIELD SHOPPING PARK BUILT WHERE THIS SUPPOSED LIFESTYLE CENTER IS GOING. This would have been gold for Cheshire. Now it is too late.
There was NO REASON for Cheshire not to have had that Home Depot or that big Hotel chain in our town INSTEAD OF SOUTHINGTON. We could have had Kohl’s also. NO EXCUSE.
And within the next year or so, I believe Cheshire is going to wish they had.
If you don’t think commercial development makes a difference, even slightly in the tax rate , when you look at the Tax Rate chart below, compare Cheshire and New Milford which are nearly IDENTICAL in population and households.
