UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: My spouse spoke with Mr. Michaelangelo on Friday. I sent an email to the Town Manager. I was hot under the collar at the time but I am going to let it go.

My spouse told Mr. Michaelangelo what happened and that he should just speak with the employee and nothing more should happen. I agree with my spouse. No further action need be taken. I get mad, but I get it out of my system and then move on.

I don’t think I am going to file the HIPAA complaint right now. And I did hear from a few of you that think I should not block the town of Cheshire from the blog. OK, I WON’T BLOCK THE TOWN ANYMORE.

I also wanted to alert everyone to a fundraiser for a Cheshire resident-Steve Pritchard. This poor man has a rare form of cancer. There will be an event to offset medical costs this Sunday, Jan. 31 from 5 to 8 at the Waverly. PLEASE TRY TO ATTEND.

UPDATE: On January 29th at approximately 6:40 A.M. the plow went down our street. And when the plow approached my house the driver started BLOWING THE HORN!! NOT ONCE BUT SEVERAL TIMES!!

REAL MATURE!!!

When the plow went back down the street-THE SAME THING HAPPENED!!

See this has happened before-but I let it go. My spouse got upset because our alarm had gone off but we wanted a few minutes more of sleep. I work to late at night SO I REALLY DIDN’T APPRECIATE THIS JUVENILE BEHAVIOR. I don’t what that person has against me personally because I don’t even know who this is.

You know honestly, when it happened I started laughing because I knew what it was about-LOOK AT THE ABOVE PHOTO-THAT IS WHAT IT WAS ABOUT.

One really takes CHANCES in this town (CHESHIRE, CT) complaining about something or even voicing an opinion-THEY DON’T LIKE IT!! I can imagine the rhetoric-”OH SHE IS A PAIN IN THE A– WE WILL FIX HER!!

On January 28th 2010, we had a surprise snowstorm. And AGAIN, I had to contact the town of Cheshire for not plowing our street. You can clearly see by this photo taken in the middle of my street in front of my house that the adjacent street is plowed and was plowed around 11:30 a.m.  Now at 1:23 p.m. the plow came down the adjacent street and plowed still another time-MY STREET WAS LEFT UN-PLOWED!!

I called the Police, I called the Public Works-”oh we are busy.”

IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB, THERE ARE PLENTY OF PEOPLE UNEMPLOYED WHO WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TAKE OVER-WITH NO BENEFITS TO BOOT. THEY WOULD BE JUMPING FOR JOY TO JUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A SECURE JOB WITH A MUNICIPALITY!!

If the Cheshire Board of Education was spending $500 on food, flying some guy from CT to D wherever D is or spending $10,000 on an item or having a stove put in or things repainted and repainted-WE WOULD NEVER HEAR THE END OF IT FROM CERTAIN PEOPLE.

Yes, it is a “gift account” BUT THAT MONEY CAME FROM SOMEWHERE-IT CAME FROM YOU THE TAXPAYERS.

Maybe it ended up at Elim Park-but the money did not appear from Heaven-YOU PAID FOR IT-ALL OF IT!!!
