I went to the Kurtz Fireworks. They were great as usual. And yes, they were on Sunday, July 4th. In all fairness to Tim White, the STATE OF CONNECTICUT’S WEBSITE WAS WRONG!!! You would think for what these people get paid, they would have at least checked with the local authorities before they put the wrong DATE IN.

Finally: unrelated to the Fourth of July, but I wanted to dedicate this cute video to Gordon who loves Montreal and wants to return.

Basically this cute song and video is about a person who was originally from Montreal, went to live in Paris, had her youthful fling and realized how much she missed Montreal. She has grown up and has returned to her city. “Je Reviens a Montreal” is ” I come back to Montreal.” I can’t blame her.

Funny, I don’t hear anyone singing about “I can’t wait to come back to Cheshire CT” And believe it or not before you leave a snotty comment, there actually was a song written about Bridgeport CT. It is called: “Bridgeport I am Longing for You, for you’re a Grand Old Town” SO THERE!!!

AGAIN: LET’S LOOK AT THIS “SPRUNG” INSTANT STRUCTURE IDEA FOR THE CHESHIRE COMMUNITY POOL. IT IS SUPPOSEDLY COST EFFECTIVE AND CAN BE PUT UP IN A FEW WEEKS TIME.

I did go to the doctor’s on Friday, July 2. I waited TWO WEEKS. I wanted to see my regular physician. I had a thorough exam. I gave him all my medical records and my CLEAN driving record report and the police report. Hopefully, I will be able to send in his signed statement on the medical forms provided by the State of Connecticut by next Tuesday and be done with it. Then, all I can do is wait for the DMV to send me back my license.

But there will be more correspondence going out to state legislators, the DMV Commissioner, members of Congress, Senate, NANCY PELOSI, BILL CLINTON, AND EVEN YES, BARACK OBAMA THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.  WHEN MY BOY PETE SOUZA WHOM I WENT TO KANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY WITH AND WORKED WITH HIM ON THE UNIVERSITY NEWPAPER AND IS NOW WHITE HOUSE PHOTOGRAPHER GETS ALL MY INFORMATION ABOUT THIS OUTRAGEOUS BREACH OF MY CONSITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF DUE PROCESS, I KNOW HE WILL HAND IT TO PRES. OBAMA PERSONALLY AND I AIN’T PLAYIN!!!

I am not through with this issue at all. Far from it. A person sent me a private comment and I included this with my statement to the DMV and the Infractions Bureau because I STILL have that ticket for “failure to drive right” to deal with. I am not worried about that believe me. When the prosecutor reads the statement from this person and the photos and other things I sent, including that grievance letter, this person will be making like Snoop Dogg and “droppin it like it hot”

Also I wonder whose blood pressure went up (not mine, it is 112/60), so high a few weeks ago, they decided to retire. I am not going to say who, where, what why or how. You figure it out. This is from “loose lips.” Thanks to that person for the info.

There is someone out there who reads this blog that gets unnerved once in a while but won’t say anything to my face. I know who the person is. Well you know what, if I didn’t get in the peoples faces who run this town and expose them for what they are, things would be a lot worse. It is not easy for me to put my issues out to the public, but I do it because I believe in what I am doing and I try to stand up for things I BELIEVE ARE WRONG!!

Does this person, and you know who you are, remember the day your father died and you were leaving your mothers home and got pulled over down the street from where your mother lives and got a ticket for not going to the emissions test? Yes I remember, and I called the authorities and told them what a bunch of insensitive cads they were . How did you feel that day? Have you seen the police there ever since? No, you haven’t have you. You know what? I am proud of my blog. See my CLEAN driving record? You think it was by accident? No, it took work and I credit my blog for it.  Your relative used to come home crying “I got a ticket, I got another ticket”

In fact, one night this  relative was going to assist a relative nearby at 10 p.m and received a ticket for not fully stopping at a stop sign. Yes, ask this person if they have ever seen the cops in that area again. NO !!! This person also has a clean  driving record now. And when this same relative called me and said they could not back out of their driveway because of overgrown weeds on town property, I called the town and they immediately came out and cleared the area.  When the relative called and said a plow was going so fast it kicked up rocks and broke their back window on their car that was parked at least 20 feet off of the road, I called and hammered the town and guess what? Not happening anymore. Did you see your relatives mailbox not knocked over anymore after my photos were on my blog?

I DON’T CARE IF I HAVE TO CALL EVERY LAWYER IN THE UNITED STATES AND SELL ALL OF MY PROPERTY TO PAY THE LEGAL FEES, THIS TOWN IS FINISHED-MARK MY WORDS GOD STRIKE ME DEAD THEY ARE FINISHED!!!

The Police Department is acting as an AGENT for the Dept of Motor Vehicles. This means they can take the license instead of a DMV agent having to personally come out and take the license away. The Police have to uphold rules enacted by the state Legislature and ENFORCED by them ON BEHALF OF THE DMV. What this means in a “medical issue” is the police can take a license if they see a motorist driving in an erratic manner or a motorist who has caused an accident. Upon arrival on the scene, the Police run the license and find out the driver has a history of seizures or has had heart problems, hearing or sight problems or even mental illness problems that a PHYSICIAN HAS DETERMINED AND THE PHYSICIAN HAS INFORMED THE DMV AND RESTRICTIONS ARE THEN PUT ON THE LICENSE. EXAMPLE: I HAVE A CLASS B RESTRICTION WHICH MEANS IF I DRIVE WITHOUT EYE CORRECTION, i.e. CONTACT LENSES OR GLASSES AND CAUSE AN ACCIDENT, THE POLICE, IF THEY FIND OUT I AM NOT WEARING THE LENSES OR GLASSES, CAN THEN TAKE MY LICENSE AWAY ON BEHALF OF THE DMV.

THIS LAW IS TOO BROAD BASED AND CONVOLUTED.  IT HAS TO BE CHANGED.

HERE IS THE PART THAT SUPPOSEDLY ALLOWS THE CHIEF OF POLICE NOT A REGULAR OFFICER TO TAKE A PERSONS LICENSE WHOM HE OR SHE DEEMS UNFIT. USUALLY SOME SORT OF PROPERTY DAMAGE OR INJURY HAS HAVE HAD TO OCCUR. LOOK AT MY DRIVER HISTORY AGAIN-DO YOU SEE ANYTHING THAT WOULD REMOTELY TIP ANY ONE OFF THAT I AM UNFIT TO DRIVE?? THE POLICE LOOKED UP MY DRIVER HISTORY THAT NIGHT MY LICENSE WAS TAKEN BY THEM I AM SURE.

Upon the apprehension or arrest of any person operating a motor vehicle on the highways of this state who in the judgment of the officer in charge of any established police barracks, precinct or police station is an unfit person to operate a motor vehicle without endangering the safety of the public due to his physical or mental condition, the operator’s license of such person shall be suspended and such officer may, in the name and on behalf of the commissioner, take possession of the operator’s license of such person and forward the same to the commissioner’s office within twenty-four hours, together with a brief statement and explanation of the offense or violation. (Conn. Agencies Regs. § 14-217-1)

WITHOUT ENDANGERING THE SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC-WHAT PUBLIC HAVE I ENDANGERED??? AND IF THE HEAD OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT CAN MAKE AN ON THE SPOT JUDGMENT TO TAKE A LICENSE AWAY HOW COME THEY CAN’T MAKE A DECISION TO RE-INSTATE IT?? IT HAS TO GO TO A DMV HEARING!! WHAT IS UNFIT?? WHAT IS ENDANGERING THE PUBLIC?? LOOK AT MY RECORD. AM I A DANGER TO YOU ON THE ROAD?? I WOULD THINK A PERSON WITH THREE DUI’S IN TWO AND A HALF MONTHS WOULD BE MORE OF A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC WOULDN’T YOU?? AND THAT PERSON COULD DRIVE UNTIL HIS COURT DATES WERE THROUGH. HE WAS DRIVING WHEN HE HIT ME LAST JUNE. PRIOR TO HITTING MY CAR HE HIT TWO OTHERS IN TWO SEPARATE TOWNS AND WAS ISSUED A TEMPORARY LICENSE.  DO YOU SEE WHY THIS LAW HAS TO BE EITHER MORE SPECIFIC OR REPEALED???

HERE IS WHAT THE DMV SAYS IS A REASON A LICENSE CAN BE SUSPENDED OR IN MY CASE WITHDRAWN:

Medical matters. If you have a medical condition that threatens your ability to drive safely, you may face a license suspension or revocation.

IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION!!! IF YOU HAVE HAVE HAVE!! ON THURSDAY I WILL RUN THE MEDICAL EVAL FROM THE HOSPITAL. SEE WHAT CONDITION I HAVE!!! HINT: NOTHING!!!

IF A PERSON IS SUPPOSED TO BE ON MEDICATION AND IS NOT AND IS FOUND OUT, THE LICENSE CAN BE TAKEN BY THE POLICE ON BEHALF OF THE DMV FOR SAFETY REASONS. IF A PERSON IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE DRIVING WHILE ON MEDICATION, AND THE POLICE STOP THE DRIVER ON PROBABLE CAUSE, THE LICENSE CAN ALSO BE TAKEN.

WE DON’T TAKE A LICENSE BECAUSE WE THINK WE HEARD SOMEONE SAY SOMETHING (OUT OF CONTEXT). THIS PHRASE IS UTTERED ALL THE TIME-IT IS LIKE THE PHRASE “I  COULD JUST KILL MY KID FOR THROWING A BASEBALL THROUGH MY $5,0000 PLATE GLASS WINDOW!! THE POLICE ARE NOT GOING TO ISSUE A WARRANT FOR YOUR ARREST!! COME ON GET REAL!!

IT IS A FIGURE OF SPEECH SAID OUT OF FRUSTRATION!! THE POLICE DO NOT MAKE THE DETERMINATION TO TAKE THE LICENSE, THE DOCTOR (IF IT IS MEDICAL) OR THE DMV DOES). THIS IS WHY IN MY CASE, THE DOCTOR IS THE PERSON WHO MAKES THE RECOMMENDATION TO THE DMV TO EITHER RESTORE OR NOT RESTORE THE LICENSE. NOT THE DMV NOT THE POLICE!! IN A MEDICAL ISSUE, UNLESS THERE WAS PROPERTY DAMAGE (THE PERSON HAD A HEART ATTACK OR STROKE OR SEISURE OR PASSED OUT WHILE DRIVING) EVEN THEN THE DOCTOR HAS TO MAKE THE DECISION TO TELL THE DMV AND THE PATIENT TO TURN IN HIS OR HER LICENSE. THE POLICE ONLY ENFORCE THE LAW ENFORCE IT IF THEY SAW THE PERSON DRIVING OR THAT PERSON GOT INTO ANOTHER ACCIDENT WHEN THEY WERE TOLD TO STOP DRIVING!!

THE POLICE DO NOT MAKE THE LAWS AND THEN ENFORCE THEM ON THE SPOT. THE POLICE CAN CONTACT THE DMV, TELL THE DMV TO HAVE THE DRIVER GET A MEDICAL EXAM OR WHATEVER, THEN BASED UPON THAT EXAM, THE DOCTOR MAKES THE DECISION. THIS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD BY THE DMV. THEY DON’T RE-ISSUE MY LICENSE EVEN BASED ON WHAT THE POLICE SAY. IT IS UP TO THE DOCTOR!!!!

THIS ISSUE WILL BE ADDRESSED WITH THE APPROPRIATE PARTIES IN WETHERSFIELD BELIEVE ME. THE POLICE NEED TO KNOW WHAT THEIR POWERS AND DUTIES ARE . IF YOU READ THE FORMS,THEY DON’ T EVEN APPLY TO ME!!

OK, it is Tuesday morning. I am getting ready for my daily TREK  to work which involves walking a few miles (to the bus stop if I am taking the bus), calling several people to line up rides to and from my destination, or if I have business in the Cheshire/Southington area, riding my bicycle.

There is a really nice song by Michael Jackson called “You are not alone” Well in all respect to the songwriters I sort of took some artistic liberty and re-wrote some of it to fit my situation and others I am sure. THIS IS SATIRE.

YOU ARE STILL AT HOME

Another day has gone, I still am sitting home;

How could this be, you (driver license) are not here with me?

You never said goodbye, DMV tell me why

Did you have to go, and leave my world a constant whirl of walking, biking or rideshares and calling on the phone?

Everyday I sit and ask myself, how did my driver license slip away?

The CPD whispers in my ear and says:

“You don’t have your license, it isn’t here with you,

You wanted to play a game, now you are really lame.”

‘You are sitting home alone.”

But I know even though my license is in Wethersfield far away,

I am here to stay. Though we are far apart, you are always in my heart.

But I am still sitting home. Home, Home, Home. WHY?? Home Home.

Just the other night, I thought I would sneak out and drive,

but my spouse said don’t try, I won’t give the cops an alibi.

He said “I can hear your prayers, your driving burdens I will bear,

But first I need your car keys and they the journey can began.

“Every day I sit and ask myself how did my driver license slip away,

The DMV sends me notices in the mail

“Your license is still no good. We can’t give it back even if we could, you need a medical note, and then we will take forever to make it right. the way it should.

“So you have to sit tight, tight, OH OH SIT TIGHT TIGHT.”

Oh DMV whisper these four words (your license is valid) and I’ll come driving, yeah.

And license I know that you’ll be there—you’ll be there.

You are still not driving, you are still alone, and my license though you are far away, I am here to stay, you are still not driving, not driving.

YOU ARE NOT DRIVING, YOU ARE NOT DRIVING, SAY AGAIN, YOU ARE STILL AT HOME, YOU ARE STILL AT HOME, STILL AT HOME, HOME. YOU CAN’T REACH OUT TO ANYONE, IN THE MORNING, IN THE EVENING-STILL AT HOME, STILL, STILL AT HOME, WAITING FOR THE DMV, FOREVER–FOREVER-FOREVER.

I WILL POST SOME OF MY MEDICAL REPORT AND SOME OF THE POLICE REPORT SO YOU CAN BE THE JUDGE. JUST GIVE ME ANOTHER DAY I REALLY BUSY GOING BACK AND FORTH TO WORK AND NOW I HURT MY LEFT LEG AND CAN’T STAND ON IT.  UGH!!!

I AM GETTING REALLY DISCOURAGED NOW BECAUSE IT IS TAKING SO LONG. IT IS TERRIBLE ONE WAY BUT ACTUALLY BETTER IN ANOTHER WAY. I AM A LOT CALMER BECAUSE I DON’T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE DRIVING STRESS AND I AM FINDING MY WAY AROUND ON MASS TRANSIT WHICH ISN’T ALL THAT BAD. YOU HAVE TO PLAN IT OUT BUT YOU AVOID ALL SORTS OF ISSUES NOT DRIVING. YOU DEFINITELY AVOID THE POLICE. THAT IS WHY MANY CRIMINALS TAKE MASS TRANSIT.

Many people are out of their homes, especially hard hit are the renters. I went down today (on the bus, well like four buses later, I was in Bridgeport) and it is really bad on the East Side. Unbelievable. Of course none of the newspaper media around the Cheshire area like the Register, Record Journal or Republican American are even bothering to mention this dramatic story because it did NOT AFFECT THEM so they could care less. Talk about closed minded.

I had sent an email to Cheshire CT Town Council member Justin Adinolfi, who is always open to different ideas. I told him about that Sprung Instant Structure and he thought it was something to look into.This may be the way to go with this pool, this was one of my options I had explored a few years ago. The military uses these structures because they are well built, weather resistant, CAN BE MOVED and can be put up in less than a weeks time for a reasonable price. This may be more cost effective than building onto the high school.

I know some people don’t like Justin, but you know what, you don’t like anyone!!! The guy goes out and hustles to make a living, is that why you don’t like him?? Try getting off your fat ass or like my dad used say: “Move before they throw dirt on you.”

Anyway, I am scheduled to go to the doctors this week. Hopefully, he will sign that medical form and I will be able to get my driver license back soon. The DMV has 90 days to make a decision so I could be without the license for the entire summer into the fall and I am moving which makes it even worse. But I will get by I always do.

I am also contacting the ACLU and sending them a photo my friend took the night I was pulled over showing the Cheshire Police Department sitting in the Congregational Church parking lot which is in my opinion  a violation of church and state. I mean look, if the town of Enfield CT could not have a graduation in the church,  I don’t think we can have  the STATE enforcing their laws on CHURCH PROPERTY!! PEOPLE CAN TAKE REFUGE IN A CHURCH AND ON THEIR PROPERTY. THEY HAVE NO JURISDICTION THERE. It is uncanny, that since June 3, no one I know has seen them parking there anymore.  IF they do, we will snap another picture and add another nail to their coffin.

I don’t believe that your church & state argument holds any water. If somebody vandalized the church, stole from the collection box or assaulted the minister, don’t you think that the police would investigate? Certainly they would! In this case, for an alleged motor vehicle violation, it doesn’t matter where the officer was when making the observation. Further, I believe that the Enfield case would be overturned on appeal. Enfield was renting a hall, not endorsing any one religion.

I agree with your point about Enfield. The First Amendment meant no ESTABLISHED RELIGION. England had an established religion, Anglican-The Church of England. You had to belong. This is what our forefathers did not wish to happen in the United States. BUT THE GRADUATION CEREMONY WAS TO TAKE PLACE IN THE ACTUAL CHURCH.

Utah Cops Set Up Radar Speed Trap at Church
Provo, Utah mayor instructs police not to use church parking lots for speed trap.

Provo, Utah Mayor Lewis Billings has instructed city police not to set up speed traps on private property without the consent of the owner. His directive came after complaints about a police sting operation being run out of a church.

Last April, five officers used a Mormon church located at 4775 N. 300 West as the center of a radar speed trap. Police would flag down speeding drivers and direct them into the church parking lot to be ticketed.

James Wilson, an official with the Church of Latter Day Saints responsible for the lot, was outraged. “Church property should be used for church activities,” he said. “I’m trying to investigate what was going on.”

“In this instance, they used the parking lot to get people off the street, but it is not our policy to direct people into private areas,” [Raylene Ireland, spokesman for Provo] said. “My understanding is this was a one-time type of situation, and it won’t happen again.”

Who is this Robbie? Is it a cop? Do you think he or she is on the Cheshire Police Department? What is his or her problem? Why is Robbie so worried about the ACLU? If your comment about the Police parking in the Congregational Church property doesnt hold water, what is he or she commenting about it for? Also, isn’t someone from public works going to the police department to replace a secretary position there. don’t ask me how i know. now you know. do you thing the police are following you to see if you are driving? what is going on?

I have your IP address and your real name so that is fine. I don’t know if the police are trying to see if I am driving or not. Why would they not? What a flag in their cap. Because if I drive without a license  and get caught, I think it is a felony. I also know from an internet article I read that cops get a commission every time they give out a ticket.  It is getting stressful but I won’t give them the satisfaction believe me. I will be honest, if I did not have a family and earn a decent wage, I would bust the system down. They can be broken down but it takes stamina, time and money. I have the stamina but no time and I have some money, but I don’t feel like giving it to them in court fines. Look at the G-20 Protestors in Toronto. They knew just how to bust the system down and it worked. I don’t condone violence and property destruction but they kept up the pressure, the system kept arresting them and arresting they, they kept at it, until the system could not afford to do it anymore. Look what has happened over the years in traffic court in Connecticut. Unless it is something egregious, if you have a good driving record, they let you plead your case by mail. This was not true years ago-everyone had to go to traffic court even if you had a clean record. But people starting fighting back and they clogged up the court system, so the system backed down. It can happen and it does happen, where the average person can win. Case in point, this cell phone law. So many just ignore it-the law is basically useless.

I know someone who has not had a driver license in 15 years. She has been caught many times, had her car towed, impounded, fined by the court thousands of dollars. But she has never gone to jail and is still driving without the license which she now cannot get because she has had too many violations. In fact, I went to court with her a year ago, and the prosecutor basically laughed it off. Too bad because now it is a downward spiral. She lost her license because she could not afford insurance. She works but is basically the working poor. She has two young children. It is sad.  Hopefully I can help her straighten it out but now I have my own problems, but I admire her tenacity.  It truly is a “system of a down.”

Not having a car, as I did for many years before I moved to Cheshire CT is one thing, but not having a license is another. It is really depressing. I have NEVER HURT ANYONE IN A MOTOR VEHICLE. NEVER CAUSED ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE. DON’T DRINK, DON’T DO DRUGS. I TAKE PRIDE IN MY DRIVING AND ANYONE WHO KNOWS ME KNOWS THAT.

The reason I have been able to keep my driving record so clean is because I DON’T DRIVE IN CHESHIRE THAT MUCH. I GO OUT OF TOWN. I GO TO HAMDEN, VIA 691 and the PARKWAY, I GO TO SOUTHINGTON. I JUST GOT OUT OF THE HABIT OF DRIVING HERE. THE ONLY TIME I WOULD DRIVE IN CHESHIRE WOULD BE TO PICK UP MY SON FROM A FRIENDS HOUSE OR FROM SCHOOL.

I know there is a reason for this, I must reflect and I am. But I must be honest, I feel as if I am trapped everyday. I have to constantly have people drive me here and there. They say they don’t mind, but I know it is a hassle. I wish I had not gone to Staples in Cheshire that day to get a mousepad.  But what is done is done and I have to go on. It is hard when you just can’t pick up and go, but I have to do more planning. I AM SAVING A TON NOT DRIVING THOUGH. NO GAS NO MAINTENANCE NOTHING. MARY’S BY THE SEA BEING VANDALIZED WHEN THE TREES WERE CUT DOWN, BANKRUPTCY, POVERTY, CRIME, THE UNIVERSITY OF BRIDGEPORT LAW SCHOOL BEING SOLD, THE BEARDSLEY ZOO BEING SOLD TO THE STATE, MANY THINGS. WHEN YOU SEE THE PHOTO TAKEN AT THE APPROXIMATE TIME OF NIGHT, 8:10 p.m YOU DECIDE WHETHER YOU CAN MAKE OUT THE COLOR AND MODEL OF A CAR AT THAT DISTANCE WHICH MUST BE AT LEAST 2000 FEET!!!  AND I HEARD FROM THE CENTRALIZED INFRACTIONS BUREAU. I HAVE A FEW WEEKS TO SEND IN ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WHICH I WILL BE DOING. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN SCHEDULED A COURT DATE THEY PROBABLY WILL THROW IT OUT. WHY??? I was down at University of Bridgeport around 2 p.m. on Thursday when a strong line of thunderstorms hit. The entire area including downtown and up to East Main Street looks like a tornado hit (but one did not). Mayor Bill Finch has declared a 5:30 p.m. curfew. So I am stuck down here for a while I guess. I heard Gov. Rell is coming to the area. There is power at the University so I can post, but that is about it.  There are reports a building had collapsed somewhere in Bridgeport and I know the Barnum Museum on Main Street had its windows blown out. No one is going anywhere.  The person who gave me a ride this morning can’t even get here to pick me up. Traffic is backed up everywhere. I don’t have my camera with me, but I am hoping to get some photos from a friend who lives nearby. It is nearly 6 p.m. and I looks like it is getting dark again and the wind is picking up.

I keep adding to this post because I know people will want to read the information on the post a few more times. My spouse did speak to the Chairman of the Town Council about an “issue” I address at the very end of this post. So we will see what happens. I actually got an email from a person who was talking about Chief Cruess.

For the most part, and I probably am going to make my situation WORSE here, but I have to say I liked Chief Cruess. I still do. I know he tries to act tough, and sometimes he is, but he is a man who has a heart and he DOES have compassion. I know this man took flak for having me come to his office and listen to me, which is unfortunate, but maybe some of you need to upgrade the art of communication. When people speak openly and honestly, whether one agrees with them or not, people respect that. RESPECT DOES NOT MEAN YOU LIKE SOMEONE OR AGREE WITH THEM, but this is what needs to happen in the Town Government and Police Department. People need to feel they can speak without fear about issues that concern them.

The Chief and I spoke a while back about how things have changed in our professions and how it seems people are more wrapped up in the money aspect than taking a job because they loved it-it was their calling.  Something to think about these days.

I JUST WANTED TO ADD THIS ITEM: I BELIEVE CHESHIRE SHOULD NOW CONSIDER THIS “SPRUNG” INSTANT STRUCTURE. Well as most of you know who reside in Cheshire CT the police chief has announced his retirement for October of 2010. I can you tell you this, the MINUTE I get my driver license re=-instated (hopefully soon) I AM OUT OF CHESHIRE FOR GOOD. YOU CAN DEAL WITH IT. I CAN’T ANYMORE. This is a police department that needs control from someone OUTSIDE THE DEPARTMENT. This is the problem. These people were put on a pedestal for so long and allowed to run themselves and not be questioned-this is the result and will continue until something tragic happens unfortunately. That is all for now.

ON TUESDAY EVENING, AROUND 900 P.M. I WAS RETURNING HOME FROM WORK IN WINDSOR, MY SPOUSE WAS DRIVING, WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN I BECAME VIOLENTLY ILL. MY HEAD STARTING POUNDING LIKE I HAVE NEVER FELT BEFORE. I FELT NAUSEOUS. I ACTUALLY GOT HOME I MADE MY HUSBAND MAKE ME SOUP BECAUSE MY STOMACH WAS TENDER. ALL NIGHT LONG THE HEADACHES CONTINUED UNTIL AROUND 10 A.M. WHEN THEY SUDDENLY ENDED. AROUND 2 P.M. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MY SON GORDON, WHO LIVES IN TORONTO. HE TOLD ME THAT EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING AROUND 8 AM HE STARTED GETTING VIOLENT VIOLENT POUNDING HEADACHES AND FELT NAUSEOUS.  HE SAID HE ATE A BLUEBERRY MUFFIN BUT STILL FELT ILL. THEN AROUND 1:45 p.m., ALL THE PICTURES IN HIS APARTMENT STARTED SHAKING. HE REALIZED WHAT WAS GOING ON. TORONTO HAD A 5.7 MAGNITUDE EARTHQUAKE. HE SAID A FRIEND CALLED HIM AFTERWARDS AND TOLD HIM SHE ALSO HAD VIOLENT HEADACHES. THE EARTHQUAKE WAS FELT AS FAR AWAY AS HAMDEN, CT!!!!

AMAZING. DO YOU REALIZE WHAT HAPPENED. WE ACTUALLY FELT THE EFFECTS BEFORE THEY HAPPENED. THERE MUST BE SOME SORT OF CHANGE IN BARAMETRIC PRESSURE BEFORE AN EARTHQUAKE AND MY SON, MYSELF AND HIS FRIEND, AS I AM SURE OTHERS, FELT THIS EVENT. I GUESS WE ARE IN TUNE WITH MOTHER NATURE AND ARE SENSITIVE TO HER SIGNS AND WARNINGS. WHAT AN HONOR I COULDN’T BELIEVE IT!! BUT I WILL BE HONEST, I HOPE I DON’T EVER FEEL LIKE THAT AGAIN. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

MAYBE CHESHIRE WILL LEARN TO BE MORE OPEN WITH INFORMATION AND DON’T INSULT MY 132 IQ AND TELL ME THEY ARE!!! WHEN PEOPLE TOLD MY SPOUSE AND I THEY GOT CALLS ASKING TO VOTE YES WE GOT OUT OUR GROUP AND WE STARTED CALLING. WE GOT THE TAX FREEZE FOR THE SENIORS AND WE HOPEFULLY HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH DEFEATING THIS POOL. THIS IS WHAT THE TOWN GETS WHEN THEY PISS US OFF!!! AND DON’T  TRY ANOTHER VOTE BECAUSE WE WILL GET A PETITION–NO PROBLEM!!

THANK YOU GOD!!! FINALLY PEOPLE WOKE UP IN THIS TOWN. TAKE THE POOL AND SHOVE IT UP YOUR ASS DON!! I GUESS WE FLUSHED $13,000 DOWN THE DRAIN JUST LIKE WE ARE FLUSHING $9,000 down the toilet for those spoiled brats in the middle of town. ALL THIS MONEY COULD HAVE GONE FOR EDUCATION WHICH IS TOP PRIORITY IN MOST OTHER TOWNS!!! CHESHIRE NEEDS TO LEARN TO COMPROMISE AND STOP THE MY WAY OR THE HIGHWAY MENTALITY!!!

According to Carolyn Soltis, Cheshire Town Clerk,as of 2:29 p.m. on TUESDAY, JUNE 22  there were 1,968 voters and 250 absentee ballots that have to be counted in the Pool Referendum Vote.This is a turnout rate of 11 percent. I JUST WENT OVER AT 2 p.m. to VOTE. LUCKILY I GOT A RIDE. SO YOU HAVE NO EXCUSE.

Every day I get stronger and my will won’t be broken or be defeated by the people that run this town. I will always try to bring you the information you need to know. I don’t care if I don’t drive, don’t work, nothing. The more they do, the more I will fight back. Now people know what really goes on in this town and how they try to silence people.
